LTEN provides the following A/V package for each workshop at no cost:

  • One flipchart with markers
  • One screen and an LCD projector
  • One hand held microphone
  • You must bring your own laptop and have your presentation loaded up to connect to the projector.

Virtual or Livestreaming Co-Presenter

If you are having someone join your workshop via Zoom or have any streaming video involved in your presentation we strongly suggest you order a hardwired internet connection. Please contact Tyler Crist at tyler.b.crist@gaylordhotels.com by 11/5 and indicate the time, date and location of your session. The fee is $450 and you may charge it to your room.

  • Verbal or emailed requests to LTEN staff that will not suffice — you must complete and submit the form to Dave Haskin at Dave.Haskin@Freeman.com

Uploading Materials & Slides

To upload your materials and slides:

  1. Go to https://ltenannualconference.pathable.co/
  2. Click on Agenda > My Agenda to see your session
  3. Select your workshop and click on Manage in the upper right hand corner
  4. Scroll down on the to Files section and follow the prompts to upload your files.

Note: Files must be under 10GB to be uploaded. Please compress larger files or consider a different file format. In particular, PowerPoint slide decks are large files, so consider exporting your deck out of PowerPoint as a .pdf, which is a smaller file and maintains your file’s fidelity.

You are welcome to use your own deck or use/modify the LTEN 2021 template.

Accessing Your Session Room & AV Issues

Accessing Your Workshop Room Early

  • You will be able to access your session room 30 minutes prior to the start.
  • If you adjust the set up of the room you must return the room to the original order in fairness to the next presenters.

Having Technical or A/V Issues

  • Room proctors are assigned to three rooms at a time and audio/visual technicians stationed outside of the workshops.

If you have any issues such as room temperature, need of extra seating or find excess noise in the area, have an attendee in the back of the room notify the proctor outside of the door.
