|Each year, we look forward to bringing our members and industry partners together from around the world at the LTEN Annual Conference to talk about the future of life sciences learning and education, unveil the latest learning technology and innovations, and get inspired together as a community.|
After careful consideration, we have made the difficult but important decision to cancel the live conference. As much as we want to greet old and new friends in person, our primary concern is for the health and welfare of our members, our partners and our people.
Although we’ll miss seeing you, we’re thrilled to announce an entirely new experience – LTEN Connect, a Virtual Learning Forum, happening June 9-11, 2020. Details to follow.
We realize this prompts a lot of questions about what happens next. We’re finalizing details and will be out on Monday with complete information about registration, exhibitors, sponsors, workshop presenters, award submitters, and more.
We’re excited about where we go next and thank you for your continued patience.
Save the date on your calendar for our BIG 50th year anniversary, being celebrated at the 2021 LTEN Annual Conference, June 7-10 in Colorado.

|Message to Our Exhibiting Partners ~|
Good afternoon, On behalf of the LTEN team, thank you for your partnership and investment in our member community over the years. We also appreciate your patience as we closely follow the ever-evolving news surrounding COVID-19 and the latest travel and safety guidance.
I wanted to be sure that you received a copy of an email sent last week to our LTEN Annual Conference attendees and exhibitors about the current status of the 49th LTEN Annual Conference. Here is a link to that announcement for your reference.
Please know that we are proactively considering all possible alternatives to the conference as well as any implications of those options. We ask for your continued patience as we work to determine the next steps. You’ll be the first to know of the decision, which we hope to make in the next few weeks.
While the likelihood of a live meeting 9 weeks from now is unknown, our goal would be to find virtual ways to engage our members and provide an opportunity for our partners to add value to the membership.
We encourage you to reach out and chat with Gregg Haunroth or any LTEN staff member with any additional questions, concerns or ideas.

LTEN 2020 Attendees, Partners and Member Community,
First and foremost, we hope that you and your families are safe and healthy. These are indeed challenging and uncertain times we are living in, and like you, we are trying to navigate the ever-evolving news and implications related to COVID-19.
We know you have several questions about the 2020 LTEN Annual Conference, still scheduled for June 8-11, 2020 in Kissimmee, Florida.
Your health and safety are a top priority and we will do everything possible to ensure a comfortable and safe learning experience. Although we cannot predict what June will hold, rest assured we are monitoring the situation daily.
Several current travel restrictions go out as far as 8-10 weeks, while our gathering is just under 14 weeks away. We are considering alternatives to a live event as we continue to monitor the situation closely. We will, of course, make adjustments as appropriate to those who may have already registered. In the meantime, we invite you to sign-up for the upcoming LTEN 6Ds® Online workshop or new LTEN Designing & Delivering Virtual Training online workshop, as membership and registration are both vital to the functioning of our organization.
We also realize that several of you have had to quickly transform your live training into virtual classrooms. We have added a series of webinars, online classes and curated industry partner resources focused on delivering and designing effective distance learning experiences here. We have also invite our members to network and engage with through the Virtual Training forum in the LTEN On-the-Go app.
LTEN is your partner in advancing your life sciences learning skills and we are here to help you and your team navigate potential challenges. If you have concerns about an upcoming event, please reach out to us at Christine Gaudet at cgaudet@L-TEN.org. We are here to support you however we can.
